Transform operations as the Continuous Improvement Supervisor at Bimbo Canada’s Langley Bypass Bakery. Spearhead initiatives for efficiency and quality while engaging teams in Lean practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes
• Conduct Kaizen events and root cause analysis sessions
• Maintain the Daily Management System for consistent performance
• Analyze data to identify operational trends and issues
• Engage teams in Lean practices and performance reviews
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in CI or related manufacturing experience
• Preferred Lean Six Sigma certification
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Practical experience with process improvement
• Understanding of bakery operational standards
