Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role involves leading site-level CI initiatives and utilizing Lean methodologies. You will analyze production data and facilitate communication between teams, aiming to foster a strong CI culture. Your leadership will drive the bakery’s operational excellence agenda while identifying and bridging performance gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide CI projects for safety and cost improvement

• Apply Lean tools and facilitate workshops

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators

• Engage with teams to build a CI culture

• Maintain focus on productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous

• Strong analytical and facilitation capabilities

• Effective coaching and communication skills

• Understanding of food manufacturing practices
