CNC Press Brake Operator

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time  CNC Press Brake Operator  for our client in Langley, BC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing production team where you'll play a hands-on role in both CNC bending and stainless-steel finishing operations.

Pay Rate:  $25.00 - $27.00/hour, based on experience

Langley, BC

Shift:  Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities   CNC Bending & Fabrication      Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications

Bend stainless steel components according to engineering requirements

Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as required

Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime

Verify dimensions and specifications using measuring equipment

Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality standards are met

Stainless Steel Finishing      Finish and polish stainless steel sinks and components

Correct scratches, imperfections, and surface defects using appropriate tools and techniques

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards achieved

Follow quality control procedures and identify opportunities for improvement

Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Safety & Teamwork      Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Practice safe lifting, handling, and material movement techniques

Report unsafe conditions and contribute to a safe working environment

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Complete assigned tasks according to production schedules and deadlines

Support other production activities as required

Qualifications and Skills      Previous CNC Press Brake experience required

Experience finishing and polishing stainless steel products required

Stainless steel fabrication experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Experience using measuring and inspection tools

Manufacturing experience preferred

Automotive body repair or refinishing experience considered an asset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to lift and handle materials safely

Willingness to work overtime when required

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
