This Door Shop Associate position involves meticulous work to ensure high-quality products meet customer expectations at Metrie's Distribution Center. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that doors are prepared accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Shift hours are from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick items based on orders
• Program machinery for door specifications
• Confirm work orders for production
• Assemble doors according to standards
• Manage quality inspections and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift and related equipment experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication
