Stainless Steel Grinder Operator

Are you experienced working with stainless steel and take pride in producing high-quality finished products? We are looking for a  Stainless Steel Grinder Operator  to join our growing manufacturing team in Langley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail, experience using grinding and finishing tools, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities    Operate grinding and finishing equipment on stainless steel products
Remove weld marks, scratches, burrs, and surface imperfections
Perform finishing work to meet quality and appearance standards
Inspect completed products for defects and accuracy
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Safely handle materials and use proper lifting techniques
Work collaboratively with production and fabrication teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications    Experience grinding, sanding, polishing, or finishing stainless steel
Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to use hand tools, grinders, and finishing equipment safely
Physically capable of lifting and handling materials as required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
