Key Responsibilities:
• Manage everyday casthouse operations from preparation to shipment
• Develop a skilled team for around-the-clock production
• Enhance throughput, yield, and equipment utilization
• Finalize and enforce standard operating procedures
• Collaborate on metal treatment and casting optimization
Requirements:
• 10+ years in aluminum casthouse or similar heavy industry
• In-depth technical knowledge of melting and casting
• Demonstrated leadership in production environments
