Support the bending operations team at Advanced Bending Technologies as a Helper 2 in Langley, BC. This role emphasizes hands-on tasks, material handling, and ensuring safety standards are met.
In this position as a Helper 2, you will play a vital role in maintaining productivity and quality within our team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the company. Your efforts will help uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality products efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow work orders for accurate task completion
• Move, measure, and package raw and finished materials
• Assist in bending, cutting, and shop cleaning duties
• Keep workstations organized and immaculate
• Aid in shipping and receiving processes as required
Requirements:
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of steel trades is preferred
• Past experience in a shop or warehouse setting helpful
• Strong math skills and ability to use a tape measure
• Good organizational and communication skills needed
