Production Shift Supervisor Manufacturing

Lead multiple production lines at Wonderbrands in Langley, using manufacturing leadership and food safety expertise to deliver results. Flexibility for shifts, overtime, and weekends is required.
As Production Shift Leader-Supervisor, you will lead, motivate, and develop frontline team members. The role focuses on safe work practices, quality verification, equipment readiness, and production targets. It requires experience with HACCP, Food GMPs, OSHA regulations, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple production lines and frontline manufacturing teams
Investigate incidents and develop corrective safety actions
Verify quality checks and lot tracking under HACCP
Coordinate equipment, materials, supplies, and manpower
Optimize processes to improve downtime and waste targets
Requirements:
Minimum five years manufacturing experience
Minimum two years Lead Hand or supervisory experience

Experience with OSHA regulations, HACCP, and Food GMPs
Understanding of inventory and materials management
Effective communication and team motivation skills
