Food Manufacturing Production Leader

Guide bakery production at Wonderbrands, applying food safety knowledge and people leadership across multiple lines in Langley, British Columbia. The schedule requires shift, overtime, and weekend flexibility.
This Production Shift Leader-Supervisor leads frontline employees toward outstanding manufacturing results. You will support product quality, safe operations, training, materials availability, and effective communication. Wonderbrands produces Wonder Bread, Country Harvest, D’Italiano, Gadoua, and Casa Mendosa.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure teams follow safe work practices and life-saving procedures
Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk corrections
Provide orientation and oversee formal training completion
Ensure product quality and food safety requirements are met
Provide fair performance and disciplinary feedback
Requirements:
Five years’ manufacturing experience minimum
Two years’ Lead Hand or supervisory experience minimum
Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and Food GMPs
Ability to multitask with urgency in production
Strong listening, communication, and people skills
Use bakery manufacturing experience, HACCP knowledge, and frontline leadership to support Wonderbrands’ production teams and quality standards.
