Aluminum Extrusion Operations Manager

Lead aluminum extrusion operations through production planning, quality control, and safe manufacturing practices across daily department activities. Manage operators while meeting customer specifications.
The Extrusion Manager oversees aluminum profile production and department performance. This role coordinates schedules, inventory, maintenance, and workforce assignments. It also supports continuous improvement through process optimization, coaching, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan daily extrusion activities around production goals and customer requirements
Maintain raw material and finished product inventory accuracy
Direct quality inspections for standards and regulatory compliance
Coordinate maintenance schedules and machinery recommendations
Enforce safety policies and manage departmental budgets
