Manufacturing Supervisor Food Safety

This Production Shift Leader Supervisor oversees teams responsible for multiple production lines and manufacturing results. You will verify quality checks, maintain lot tracking, and support Food GMP compliance. The work also includes training, performance feedback, inventory awareness, and clear communication throughout the organization.

• Verify product quality and food safety requirements
• Maintain lot tracking according to the HACCP plan
• Orient employees and oversee required formal training
• Provide timely performance and disciplinary feedback
• Communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels

• Five years’ minimum experience in manufacturing environments
• Two years’ minimum Lead Hand or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HACCP, and Food GMPs
• Effective communicator who inspires and motivates teams
• Ability to multitask with urgency in production
