You will directly report to the Executive Director and collaborate with program managers to deliver impactful outreach initiatives.
Your role involves facilitating educational workshops and connecting with community members to provide essential information and resources. Work alongside volunteers and ensure that programs are accessible and effective in response to community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating community outreach initiatives
• Facilitate training and support for volunteers
• Deliver one-on-one and group programs
• Communicate with community organizations and clients
• Coordinate and implement special events and activities
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in health or social services
• Familiarity with palliative and bereavement care
• Experience in volunteer management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
