In this role, you will deliver essential nursing care under the guidance of clinical managers, while adhering to the full scope of practice defined by the BCCNM. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and promoting patient and family participation in treatment decisions. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient conditions and document care outcomes
• Provide supportive environments fostering patient involvement
• Participate in team meetings for care planning improvements
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols
• Assist in the onboarding of new healthcare staff
Requirements:
• Licensed practical nursing qualification from an accredited program
• Current BCCNM registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of nursing equipment and patient management
• Physical ability to meet job requirements
