In this LPN position, you will provide essential patient care, administer medications, and assist Health Care Aides in delivering high-quality services. Your understanding of aging and ability to communicate with families will help ensure resident satisfaction and well-being. You will also contribute to routine assessments and care plan implementation while adhering to established health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct basic assessments and provide personal care
• Administer medications timely and correctly
• Educate and support Health Care Aides
• Engage families in residents' care plans
• Document resident health observations accurately
Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration and recognized program graduation
• Background in geriatric or long-term care
• Strong empathy and customer service skills
• Familiarity with health regulations and safety measures
• Conflict resolution abilities in a nursing setting
