Position: RN Needed at Springfield Regional Surgery Center
Make a difference as an RN at Springfield Regional Outpatient Surgery Center in Springfield, Ohio. This PRN role is vital for providing quality surgical care in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll support pre-operative, PACU, and stepdown processes, focusing on patient assessment and care plans within surgical settings. Work alongside skilled professionals to ensure safety and optimal recovery outcomes through effective collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and deliver nursing care for surgical patients

• Track recovery and make needed adjustments

• Accurately document care activities and team communications

• Adhere to sterile technique and safety standards

• Guide patients through post-operative education

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited RN program

• Current, unrestricted RN license

• BLS required; ACLS must be obtained within 6 months

• Proficient clinical judgment and collaboration skills

• Physically able to meet job demands with manual dexterity
