Join West Coast Seniors Housing as a Licensed Practical Nurse, delivering holistic care to our valued residents. Collaborate in a supportive environment focused on healthcare excellence.
This role requires you to support the Director of Care in coordinating resident-centered care. As an LPN, you will assess needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and ensure rights are observed. You will also coach care staff, improving service delivery and participating actively in care conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and execute care plans
• Ensure holistic wellness approach in care delivery
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes
• Participate in administrative and educational tasks
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse with BCCNM
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 certified
• Experienced in long-term care settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 25 lbs
