LPN Manager of Nursing Services

Oversee nursing operations as an LPN Manager of Nursing Services. Manage clinical staff, ensure quality care, and develop effective nursing policies in a supportive atmosphere.

In this vital role, you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to manage the delivery of care services. You’ll supervise nursing teams, support training and staff development, and maintain resident rights and confidentiality. Your impact will extend to monitoring health conditions and serving as a liaison between residents and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily nursing operations and care

• Assist in the development of clinical policies and objectives

• Conduct regular evaluations and staff training sessions

• Safeguard the well-being and rights of residents

• Provide oversight for compliance with healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred; RN license must be current

• 3-5 years of experience in nursing management

• Ability to adapt to dynamic healthcare environments

• Proficient in Microsoft applications; familiarity with PCC preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
