As a Licensed Practical Nurse under the guidance of the Clinical Operations Manager, you'll join a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, care planning, and providing nursing care according to established standards. You will ensure a supportive environment, engage with families, and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient strengths and limitations comprehensively
• Provide a supportive care environment for families
• Contribute to individualized care plans and meetings
• Document observations and report changes promptly
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in care settings
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program
• Current registration with the BCCNM
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Competence in full scope of practice duties
• Physical ability to perform nursing tasks
