As a key member of our team, you will execute nursing care that includes developing care plans, monitoring client conditions, and ensuring medication compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled and compassionate nursing visits for clients
• Create personalized care plans and follow them precisely
• Recognize and report on any changes in client health
• Administer medication reminders for self-administration
• Adhere to a minimum shift requirement of 3 hours
Requirements:
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Registration in BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse required
• CPR certified and knowledge of infection control practices
• Access to a vehicle for transport to client locations
• Maintain confidentiality in all nursing interactions
