This part-time relief role allows you to enhance patient experiences through dedicated palliative care. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat patients within practice scope
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Educate patients and families regarding health issues
• Supervise nursing staff and impart best practices
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse Practitioner with BCCNM
• Relevant clinical experience in palliative care
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in patient care education and support
• Competence in evidence-based healthcare strategies
