Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications accurately using Catalyst (eMAR)

• Order medications through Catalyst or by phone

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments

• Document and report patient conditions effectively

• Provide basic wound care and dressing changes

Requirements:

• Must be an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse

• Availability for Day, Evening, Weekend, and some Night shifts

• Strong communication skills with healthcare professionals

• Ability to observe and respond to patient behavioral needs

• Experience in administering injections as required
