In this vital role, you will provide exceptional care to patients and families during their vulnerable moments. The Nurse Practitioner will work within a collaborative team, leading clinical assessments and treatment plans while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your expertise in palliative care will directly impact the well-being of patients in acute, hospice, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat patients with undiagnosed conditions
• Monitor ongoing care and order necessary diagnostic tests
• Communicate health findings and support patients’ responses
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for treatment plans
• Participate in nursing education and policy-making activities
Requirements:
• Current Nurse Practitioner registration with BCCNM
• Relevant clinical nursing experience
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively
• Strong communication with patients and healthcare providers
• Experience in supervising nursing staff
