Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and medical treatments according to regulations

• Evaluate nursing care effectiveness and manage care plans

• Facilitate admissions, discharges, and resident transitions

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments for care planning

• Liaise with families regarding changes in health and needs

Requirements:

• Good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

• Accredited Practical Nurse Program graduation

• Preferred two years of experience in long-term care

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
