Infusion Nurse Position

Cencora seeks a skilled Infusion Nurse (RN) for full-time roles at its Langley and Abbotsford clinics. You will administer medications, monitor treatment protocols, and educate patients and caregivers effectively. Strong communication and teamwork are vital as you collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to meet patient needs and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications in specialty clinic settings

• Assess and monitor infusion treatments as per protocols

• Document procedures and patient interactions accurately

• Educate patients and caregivers individually and in groups

• Report adverse events according to established guidelines

Requirements:

• Valid provincial nursing license

• Minimum three years of nursing experience

• One year of IV and infusion administration

• Experience in critical care or home care preferred

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
