Secure a permanent position as a Nurse Practitioner in Grenfell, providing community-focused health care services. Engage in comprehensive assessment and treatment while collaborating with physicians.
This full-time role at Grenfell Health Centre requires you to work as part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering primary care and emergency services under the supervision of the Primary Health Care Manager. You will focus on assessment, health promotion, and community needs evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments to identify care needs
• Collaborate with physicians for complex patient management
• Provide supportive counseling and emergency services
• Perform community needs assessments and health promotions
• Participate in evaluations of health projects
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year in health promotion and community assessment
• Three years RN experience in acute or critical care
• Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner qualification
• Certificates in Advanced and Pediatric Life Support
• Proven leadership and assessment skills
