As a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will deliver coordinated care and support to clients with diverse mental health challenges. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to conduct assessments, implement treatment interventions, and educate families about health management. Your clinical leadership will enhance the effectiveness of care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing care based on client assessments
• Facilitate and evaluate group therapy sessions
• Document care interventions and patient outcomes
• Support clients through crisis intervention techniques
• Participate in nursing education and mentorship
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• One year of recent relevant experience
• Registered with the BCCNM
• Knowledge of treatment methods for mental illness
• Strong advocacy skills for client rights
