What you’ll be doing:

• Providing skilled nursing visits for clients by creating a care plan for client.
• Following the client’s plan of care.
• Monitoring, recognizing, and reporting changes in the client’s condition.
• Medication reminders for client to self administer.
• Must be willing to work minimum 3-hour shifts.

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Registered in BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Must be willing to work in a facility environment.
• CPR certified.
• Access to a vehicle.
• Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
