Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough preadmission screenings for surgical candidates
• Evaluate patient conditions and coordinate nursing interventions
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management
• Ensure accurate documentation of assessments and observations
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams for optimal care delivery
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with valid BCCNM registration
• Minimum of two years clinical experience in surgery
• Completion of specialized training courses as required
• Strong patient advocacy and communication skills
• Physical ability to fulfill nursing responsibilities
