You will be responsible for assessing, documenting, and evaluating the nursing care of hospice patients, while actively participating in a multidisciplinary approach to health. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individual patient needs
• Implement and adjust care plans based on evaluations

Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
• At least two years of relevant nursing experience
• Current registration with the BCCNM
• Understanding of hospice care principles
