• Plan and implement individualized nursing care

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing

• Two years of relevant nursing experience required

• Current registration with BCCNM is needed

• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred

• Strong ability to organize and manage tasks
