In this position, you’ll be responsible for the comprehensive assessment and care of patients in emergency settings. Partner with families and the healthcare team to create effective care plans while ensuring that patient dignity and rights are prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient conditions and initiate care plans
• Work with families to ensure effective communication
• Facilitate admission and discharge processes
• Teach health topics to patients and their families
• Maintain thorough documentation of nursing care
Requirements:
• Approved Nursing education and current registration required
• Completion of emergency nursing coursework is a plus
• Proven ability in patient assessment and care
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience in mentorship and training of staff
Provide high-quality nursing care as you collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a critical care setting.
