Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments
• Collaborate in creating individualized care plans
• Participate in patient and family education
• Document all nursing interventions accurately
• Engage in quality improvement activities
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Current registration with the BCCNM
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Relevant postgraduate coursework completion
• Capacity to perform physically demanding nursing tasks
