As part of our team, you will work collaboratively to provide quality, person-centered nursing care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan care with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide direct nursing care and address patient needs
• Maintain careful documentation of care activities
• Advocate for clients' rights to privacy and respect
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Valid registration with the BCCNM
• One year of related gerontological experience
• Current Level 1 First Aid certification
• Strong planning and organizational skills
