In your role, you will engage with clients and caregivers, offering comprehensive assessments and consultations. The focus will be on delivering education, treatment plans, and facilitating access to community resources. You will also direct case management efforts and provide crisis interventions as part of the holistic care process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessments and treatment recommendations
• Deliver education on mental health and substance use
• Oversee medication administration and client compliance
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support clients in accessing community services
Requirements:
• Active RN/RPN registration with BCCNM
• Two years of relevant experience preferred
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle access
• Proficient in psychopharmacology and client advocacy
• Strong teaching and networking capabilities
