As a part time Registered Nurse, you will engage in person-centered care, implementing interventions tailored to each patient’s needs in Langley, B.C. Your duties will include comprehensive assessments, care plan development, and coordination of nursing tasks. Collaboration with an interprofessional care team ensures the highest quality care delivery and contributes to optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients to make informed nursing diagnoses
• Collaborate with families to develop care plans
• Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks effectively
• Perform diagnostic tests and monitor patient comfort
• Document assessments and patient responses accurately
Requirements:
• Current registration with the BCCNM
• Completion of Fraser Health Regional ABI course for ABI procedures
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to teach and instruct on health maintenance
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting is an asset
