Reporting to the Health & Wellness Manager, you'll assess resident needs, create personalized care plans, and supervise care staff. Your leadership and nursing skills will help us maintain our commitment to quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and implement individual care plans for residents
• Supervise attendants in delivering resident care
• Administer medications following safety protocols
• Document care observations and procedures performed
• Participate actively in the multi-disciplinary care team
Requirements:
• Recognized LPN license, compliant with BC regulations
• Certifications in Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED
• Effective communication skills in English
• Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
