Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement individualized nursing care
• Collect and assess patient data through various methods
• Facilitate communication within the healthcare team
• Uphold patient dignity and advocate for their needs
• Record accurate patient care documentation
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing
• Two years of relevant nursing experience required
• Current registration with BCCNM is needed
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred
• Strong ability to organize and manage tasks
Deliver compassionate, informed care in a supportive hospice environment, promoting comfort and dignity for patients.
