Cencora is seeking a dedicated Field & Infusion Nurse to support pharmaceutical services in Canada. You'll administer IV, SC, and IM medications and assess infusion treatments per health protocols. Flexibility with a four-day workweek and a strong focus on regulatory compliance will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications per established protocols
• Assess and monitor patient treatments effectively
• Document adverse events according to policies
• Communicate with multidisciplinary health teams
• Maintain professional nursing standards based on guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of practical nursing experience
• Professional nursing license required
• IV therapy experience is an asset
• Certification in relevant clinical services preferred
