Relief Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse needed at Langley Memorial Hospital in Langley, BC, providing assessments and care planning within a multidisciplinary team. This relief full-time position continues until May 2028 or the incumbent returns.

Fraser Health seeks an LPN to assess needs, implement nursing care, evaluate outcomes, and document relevant information. The position follows BCCNM standards, agency policies, and unit protocols. It includes supporting care decisions, admissions, discharges, transfers, and patient safety.

• Assess patient, resident, and family needs and strengths
• Develop and update individualized plans of care
• Provide nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes
• Document care information and report changes
• Support admissions, discharges, transfers, and safe environments

• Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program
• Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Ability to administer medications within full scope
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to carry out position duties
