Become a Landscape Maintenance Foreman with Horizon Contracting Group and lead outdoor projects from March to November. Help shape beautiful landscapes while guiding a talented crew.
As a foreman with Team Horizon, your leadership skills will be critical in carrying out projects and ensuring performance standards. This seasonal job allows you to work closely with the Maintenance Field Manager, encouraging teamwork while performing essential equipment checks and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute daily landscape tasks with crew
• Coach and mentor team members for growth
• Manage challenges, incidents, and equipment maintenance
• Operate company vehicles safely and effectively
• Champion safety initiatives within the team
Requirements:
• 2+ years of landscaping experience required
• Experience supervising or leading teams
• Valid Class 5 driver's license needed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physical readiness for outdoor labor tasks
