Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and coach Veterinary Technicians for professional growth
• Deliver exceptional patient care in an emergency hospital
• Improve workflows and overall efficiency within the clinic
• Support colleagues during critical and high-stress situations
• Assist with onboarding and training Veterinary Technicians
Requirements:
• Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) credential required
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Strong background in emergency and critical care medicine
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about patient care and continuous learning
