Become a key player in quality assurance at SICOM Industries, a trusted name in high-precision components. We're looking for an experienced QC Inspector with strong skills in CMM programming and precision inspection.
As part of the Boundary Group, you will ensure our products meet top-tier quality standards. Working closely with machining and production teams, you will perform critical inspections throughout the manufacturing process, contribute to the quality management system, and resolve any quality issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct first article and final inspections of machined components
• Program and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS and ZEISS CALYPSO
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality documentation
• Collaborate on non-conformance issues to ensure product quality
Requirements:
• 4+ years of CMM programming experience with PC-DMIS and/or ZEISS CALYPSO
• Deep understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Previous inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with standard precision measuring tools
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
