In this critical role, you will oversee the inspection of precision machined components while working closely with production teams. Your proficiency in GD&T and CMM operation ensures adherence to the highest standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections

• Program and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS and ZEISS CALYPSO

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately

• Utilize precision measuring tools for inspection

• Complete inspection reports and document quality findings

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' experience with CMM programming

• Strong understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5

• Experience inspecting precision machined components

• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
