SICOM Industries Ltd., a proud division of Boundary Group, seeks an experienced QC Inspector with a strong background in precision machining. In this full-time role, you will perform inspections of machined components, maintain quality documentation, and collaborate with production teams to resolve non-conformities. Your commitment to detail and quality will be essential in supporting our ISO-certified processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Program and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS or ZEISS CALYPSO
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
• Utilize precision measuring equipment for inspections
• Complete inspection reports and maintain quality records
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of CMM programming experience
• Strong knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Experience in inspecting machined components
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
