We’re currently seeking an energetic and detail-driven  Quality Assurance Technician  to join our Quality Assurance team. Reporting to the QA Supervisor, this role is essential to ensuring our gourmet food products are produced to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
What You'll Do:  As a QA Technician, you'll be at the heart of our food safety program—sampling products, performing testing, and verifying processes. Your day will include:
Conducting daily product sampling and testing
Performing lab maintenance and ensuring compliance with GMP and good lab practices
Monitoring pre-operational and operational inspections
Investigating deviations and recommending corrective actions
Validating CCPs, reviewing pre-shipment documents, and releasing products for shipment
Keeping meticulous records, analyzing trends, and communicating findings
Collaborating with team members and cross-functional departments to maintain our SQF and HACCP standards

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled, but also collaborative and committed to continuous improvement. You have:
A diploma or degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
Formal training in HACCP and GMP (Train-the-Trainer is a plus!)
Hands-on experience in lab testing and QA practices
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and regulatory compliance
Impeccable attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills and a knack for data analysis
A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
