We’re hiring a Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations at a thriving, high-volume restaurant in Langley, BC. As the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated back-of-house team, overseeing food quality and execution, and bringing fresh ideas to the menu. You’ll play a hands-on role in daily kitchen operations while mentoring your team to uphold high standards of consistency, cleanliness, and culinary excellence.
What You’ll Do
Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, prep, and cleaning proceduresTrain, develop, and inspire back-of-house team members through daily coaching and mentorshipCollaborate on menu development, cost control, and seasonal offeringsConduct regular line checks and uphold food safety standardsManage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationshipsMaintain a positive and productive kitchen culture through strong leadership and clear communicationWhat You Bring
3+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurantProven leadership skills with a passion for team developmentExcellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong understanding of food cost, labor targets, and BOH financial performanceA collaborative, hands-on leadership style—no task too big or too smallCommitment to delivering consistent, high-quality dishes under pressureWhy Join Us
