This full-time permanent position demands availability during weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You will connect with customers, assess their needs, and demonstrate how our products meet those requirements. Participate in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and actively engage in store upkeep for a welcoming shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers through instrument rentals and sales
• Understand and fulfill individual customer requirements
• Demonstrate product features and benefits
• Professionally answer phone inquiries
• Assist in merchandising and store maintenance
Requirements:
• Must be an active musician with instrument proficiency
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and composed under pressure
• Experience in retail or sales preferred
