We are incredibly excited to be opening our newest Silk & Snow store in Langley (20085 Langley Bypass, Langly BC) . Bringing our customers all their sleep solutions and home decor in one location. At Silk & Snow, we believe our home is our sanctuary. So, when you purchase mattresses, bedding, bath, or furniture with us, you can rest easy knowing that it’s made with the care your home deserves.
As a dynamic Store Manager you are passionate, results-driven, customer focused and can lead an outstanding team, motivate and inspire great performance.
In this role you will
Drive the growth and strategic initiatives of Silk & Snow, as well as maximizing the sales efficiency and revenue potential of Sales Associates.
Motivate and provide clear direction, priorities and communication to the team so that goals and objectives are achieved.
Be creative, manage and implement the day-to-day visual merchandise strategies and appeal of the store (product displays).
Be responsible for the P&L performance, monitoring and assessing inventory levels.
Enhance the customer experience through building relationships and connecting them to our brand and brand values.
Manage, coach, train and develop the sales team and foster an environment of inspiration and empowerment.
Maintain staffing schedules and being responsive to any changes in business or traffic trends
Ensure store standards are met (ie., health and safety, product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping).
Be the face of our combined values, with a focus on customer, wellness, transparency and sustainability.
Ensure that the story behind our brand gets communicated to our customers.
Create and curate a comfortable environment for customers to experience our products and learn about our brand.
Address any escalated customer inquiries.
The Qualifications and Experience we like to see
Have at least 2+ years' sales experience, a record of strong store sales and demonstrated performance.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Are creative, strong style/fashion sense and understanding of visual merchandising and presentation concepts.
Excel in a team environment.
Are ambitious, charismatic and passionate about people and sales.
Have a strong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and deliver a great customer service experience.
Demonstrate leadership skills in motivating and developing a sales team.
Have excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving time management and organizational skills.
Have the ability to develop strong relationships and trust with both internally and externally.
Are available to work days, evenings and weekends.

This full-time industry leading role offers a base salary of $31,200.00 plus competitive commission as well as monetary bonuses for meeting monthly targets. There are no limits to your earning potential!
