Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

The Role

Supervisor at JD Sports Willowbrook Mall location. Responsible for delivering excellent customer experience and fostering growth of the team. Ensures operational excellence through scheduling, inventory management, and evaluation of employee performance.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.
• Train and grow a team focused on delivering outstanding experiences to the community through coaching and feedback.
• Generate business results and achieve key KPIs.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership.
• Learn and share product expertise and trends to fit customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge, current and upcoming product/trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support key initiatives in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach.
• Choose culture first, commit to personal growth and self‑awareness.
• Provide outstanding experiences consistently.

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training, and coaching sales associates.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve outstanding results through customer interaction and athletic products.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni‑channel retail environment.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
