Position: Store manager - retail )
Job Summary  Salary: $42,000 to $52,000 annually (to be negotiated).

Employment type:

Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week.

Location:

Work must be completed at the physical location; remote work is not available.
Education & Experience  High school graduation certificate required.

Experience:

3 to less than 5 years in a retail or similar setting.

Responsibilities   Manage staff and assign duties.
Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
Determine staffing requirements.
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
Oversee payroll administration.
Conduct performance reviews.
Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Computer & Technology Knowledge   Point of sale system.
Security & Safety  Criminal record check required.
